Order Processing

For all in stock items, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive a confirmation by email once your order has shipped. 

 

🇨🇦 Shipping within Canada 

  • We offer free standard shipping for orders over $200 CAD (pre-tax).
  • Unless a promotion states otherwise, we offer fixed rate standard shipping for all other orders.
  • Express Shipping options may be available based on total weight of your order. If available, this rate option will be displayed at check-out.

🇺🇸 Shipping within USA 

  • We offer standard shipping for orders at pre-approved rates.
  • Express Shipping options may be available based on total weight of your order. If available, this rate option will be displayed at check-out.
Duties & taxes
You may be charged duties and taxes for the import of your purchase by your local customs authority. The rate of duties and taxes varies depending on the value of goods, the materials they are made of and where they are made. It is important to note that all countries have different rules regarding this.

As a result, we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay. To avoid any surprises, we recommend checking with your local customs office.

Monton and Monton Vancouver are not responsible for the payment of any fees associated with the postage of your order. Please note, if you choose to not pay import duties or taxes, you will not be refunded for your order.
